The outreach was broken, and everyone could see it. But few knew how to fix it.
Arielle did. She had spent 20+ years in education — building outreach programs that actually worked, coaching students who needed someone in their corner, and developing the systems that turned interest into enrollment. She knew what a real outreach program looked like because she had built one. And she knew what student support looked like because she had lived it as a Senior Engagement Coach for over a decade.
